Shipping policy

The products will be delivered via express courier to the address provided by the CUSTOMER at the time of ordering, within a maximum of 14 days from the date the CUSTOMER receives the order confirmation email sent by DIMORA S.R.L.

For each order placed on the website www.nenahmilano.com, DIMORA S.R.L. issues an invoice for the shipped goods. The invoice is available and printable in the "My Orders" section of the "My NENAH Account" of the CUSTOMER, after the order has been processed. The invoice will contain the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase process. After the invoice is issued, no changes can be made to the information provided.
